Gallery photos

Review the client’s favourites and manage the photos in this gallery. Upload finished edits straight to Final Delivery—no need to mark photos one by one.

Client previews are prepared automatically when needed.
Client favourites are identified with a heart. Download the selected favourites to edit them in your preferred editing software, then upload the finished files directly to “Final Delivery”. Only those uploaded to Final Delivery appear in the client’s delivery tab. Client gallery tiles use clean, smaller thumbnails. The full-screen client preview is watermarked; original Raw Footage files remain private. Missing client previews and thumbnails are prepared automatically when you open a gallery. New uploads receive previews during upload.

Private share links grant access only to the linked gallery. Gallery tiles use clean thumbnails; opening a photo full-screen shows the watermarked preview. Raw Footage originals stay private. Final originals require the download PIN when the photographer enabled it. Client favourites save automatically when using a private link. Preview images can still be saved or screenshotted.
